Reuven Hollo, President

Dr. Hollo has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta, Canada, a Master of Science (Petroleum Engineering) and MBA  from the University of Houston and a PhD from the University of Texas in Austin.   Dr. Hollo is also a member of the Harvard Business School OPM37 executive program.  He is a Professional Engineer registered in the state of Texas (PE).  Dr. Hollo has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  Previous employment includes Keplinger and Associates and Dresser Industries. Dr. Hollo has owned and operated his own business since 1982.  He is the founder and director of the Aries Companies.  Dr. Hollo is also a part-time adjunct professor at the University of Houston Petroleum Engineering graduate school.  

Steve Lockwood, Geological/Production Manager

Mr. Lockwood holds BSc degree in Geology from Arizona State University and a MSc In Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston. He is a certified Petroleum Geologist . Mr. Lockwood has over 20 years of experience in the oil business. Previous employment includes Miller Energy (Exploration Manager), Transco Exploration Company (Senior Exploration Geologist), Capital Appraisal Group, Inc. (Petroleum Engineer/Appraiser), and Pend Orielle Oil and Gas Company (Staff Geologist).

Brandi Nolet, Accounting Manager and Controller

Ms. Nolet attended Texas Christian University and the University of Texas at Arlington. She has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1990 and has been employed by Aries Operating LP since inception.  Ms. Nolet has managed Aries’ accounting systems since Aries’ inception.

Stacey Moore, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Moore is currently pursuing an accounting degree at the University of Houston-Downtown.  She has been working at Aries Operating LP since 1998. Starting as a receptionist, today, Ms. Moore maintains accounting, engineering and several other departments throughout in the company.

Caran Crooker, Consultant

Ms. Crooker received her degree in accounting from Texas A & M University in 1976. Ms. Crooker has worked in the oil and gas industry since graduation.  Her employment history includes Superior Oil Company, Natomas North America, Sandefer Oil & Gas and Sandefer Offshore, Gulfstar Energy, Aries Operating, and Phoenix Exploration.

Joseph G. Williams, Oil and Gas Attorney

Mr. Williams has a BA from the University of Texas and JD from South Texas College of Law.  He is a board certified oil, gas and mineral attorney.  Mr. Williams has over 30 years experience in the oil industry.  His previous employment history includes Coastal Oil and Gas Company and Armada Resources as land manager and legal counsel.  He is the managing partner of WIlliams & Lindahl, LLP., a boutique oil and gas title and transactional law firm where his entire practice is devoted to oil and gas exploration, development, acquisitions and divestments. 

Bob Carter, Field Superintendent

Mr. Carter has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas business. Previous employment includes Styles Engineering (Production Drilling Foreman), Petropet International (Production Superintendent), World Engineering (Area Superintendent), King Oil (Production Superintendent), PetroLewis (District Superintendent) and Farmers Energy (Production Manager).

Sam Keasler,  Production and Operations Manager, Midland  

Mr. Keasler has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa.  Mr. Keasler has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry.  Before working with Aries Mr. Keasler worked with First Reserves Oil and Gas and Arco Oil and Gas Company.  While with Arco he was Senior Drilling Engineer, District Drilling Supervisor, Senior Ares Production Superintendent and Joint Interest Coordinator.
