History

The Company was formed in May 1997 as an oil and gas properties acquisitions  company.  Transactions were concluded with various oil and gas companies including: Bellwether Energy Corporation,  Saba Oil Company, Chesapeake Resources, Five States, Anadarko, Lamamco and others.

Acquisition Profile

The company is actively looking for additional domestic acquisitions particularly in its core area of activities in the Permian Basin, Mid-Continent, East Texas and Louisiana. Acquisition candidates are producing properties with upside in the form of reworks, behind pipe recompletions, drilling and secondary recovery projects (water flood). The company is structured to purchase acquisitions that vary in size from $500,000 to $20,000,000.
